You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on any bottles that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This ensures the integrity and safety of every product we ship.

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or refund.
