You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on any bottles that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This ensures the integrity and safety of every product we ship.
